Turnkey Engineering

Plant Installation for Nonwoven Fabric Manufacturing — Complete and Integrated

KSG Group delivers the whole plant: every machine, every connection, one accountable partner.

Plant installation
Why KSG

Five areas to evaluate in a turnkey proposal

Turnkey Integration

Define who owns the process, layout, mechanical, controls, utility, and safety interfaces between every production stage.

Project Schedule

Build the schedule around engineering approval, manufacturing, inspection, shipping, site readiness, installation, trials, and acceptance.

Comparable Project Cost

Compare equipment, exclusions, site work, utilities, commissioning, training, spare parts, and lifecycle assumptions on the same basis.

Support and Lifecycle Scope

Confirm commissioning, operator training, documentation, software backups, warranty terms, support channels, and spare-parts planning.

Verifiable Evidence

Review the manufacturing location, drawings, equipment inspections, operating-line media, and project references that can be verified.

Project background

Nonwoven equipment engineering since 1994

KSG Group was founded in South Korea in 1994. The group coordinates specialized equipment companies to supply individual machines, connected production stages, and broader plant-installation scopes.

The appropriate scope depends on the buyer's product, raw material, output, process, site, utilities, automation requirements, and local project responsibilities.

Standards and project responsibilities

Define requirements for the destination site

Applicable machinery safety, electrical, environmental, documentation, and inspection requirements vary by destination and project. State the required standards in the RFQ and confirm the evidence and deliverables included in the proposal.

Factory visits, equipment inspections, sample trials, and operating-line media can support technical review. The exact inspection and acceptance scope should be agreed before the order.

Technology

Engineering that pays attention to the operator

What sets our machinery apart is less any single feature than a habit: we build customer feedback directly into the next generation of equipment. The result is smarter, resource-saving production systems — higher recycling rates, lower material losses, intelligent controls, and energy-conscious design that trims operating costs while keeping the plant adaptable to shifting demand.

Behind that sits in-house expertise across process control, quality assurance, and integrated plant engineering, supported by ongoing technical partnerships and a genuine commitment to sustainability.
