Packing Machines and Packing Lines

KSG designs and builds the packing equipment that sits at the end of a production line, from single filling and sealing units up to fully integrated lines. The range covers cup sealing and automatic filling, carton forming and loading, and case packing, so a plant can move finished product from fill to palletizing without manual handling in between.

The Cup Sealer Automatic Filling Machine (KSIW-3R) fills and seals cups in a continuous cycle. It is the workhorse for products that ship in sealed cup formats, keeping fill volume and seal quality consistent across long production runs.

For plants that switch between product formats, the Cockroach Cup Sealer (KSIW-1R) uses a single-row layout with a mold change part, so the sealing tooling can be swapped out to suit different cup sizes and lids without rebuilding the machine.

Beyond the filling and sealing stations, KSG assembles complete packing lines. The large packing line and its woodworking-line variant carry product through to secondary packaging, while setup box handling, cartoners and wrap-around casers form and load the outer packaging automatically.

The equipment is built to work as a connected line rather than a set of standalone islands. That keeps product flowing from the fill stage through cartoning and casing at line speed, which is what makes the throughput numbers hold up in day-to-day operation.

Cup filling and sealing

The KSIW-3R automatic filling machine and the KSIW-1R single-row cup sealer handle dosing and heat sealing for cup-format products, with the KSIW-1R supporting mold changes for different formats.

Large packing lines

Full-scale packing lines, including a woodworking-line configuration, move finished product through to secondary packaging as one continuous process.

Carton and case handling

Setup box forming, cartoners and wrap-around casers build and load the outer packaging automatically, cutting out manual box assembly and loading.

Field-proven installations

Completed packing lines are already installed and running on site, so the equipment is validated in production rather than only on the drawing board.

Each line is put together to match the product, throughput and box formats a customer actually runs, rather than forced into a fixed layout. We handle the machine selection, integration and on-site setup, and the installation photos below show completed packing lines running in the field.
