The available equipment shown here includes the KSIW-3R automatic cup filling and sealing machine and the KSIW-1R single-row cup sealer with change parts.
For secondary packaging, KSG's range includes setup-box equipment, cartoner lines, and wrap-around case packing lines. These machines can be reviewed individually or as connected stages in a wider packing project.
A quotation requires the product and package format, dimensions, materials, closure or seal method, output target, acceptable changeover time, inspection needs, and facility utilities.
Cup filling and sealing
The KSIW-3R automatic filling machine and the KSIW-1R single-row cup sealer handle dosing and heat sealing for cup-format products, with the KSIW-1R supporting mold changes for different formats.
Large packing lines
Full-scale packing lines, including a woodworking-line configuration, move finished product through to secondary packaging as one continuous process.
