Guide

KSG equipment installation photo, shown for general reference; not attributed to a specific historical supply entry below.

KSG’s catalogue history records several kinds of overseas supply. These entries help establish the range of past projects; they do not describe the full machine scope or the customer’s production results. Start with a comparable process, then ask for the supporting information relevant to your own material.

Japan · automotive interior plant · May 2022

The history lists an automotive interior plant supplied to Japan in May 2022. For a new automotive project, define the component first: a headliner substrate and a decorative surface need different fabric characteristics. Bring the fiber blend, thickness, finished width and approval requirements to the discussion. The separate automotive process drawing can help frame that discussion, but is not evidence of this installation’s configuration.

USA · padding plant · February 2021

A padding plant for the United States appears in the February 2021 history entry. For a comparable purchase, clarify loft, recovery after compression and bonding requirements alongside output. Ask how heating, cooling and downstream handling will be matched to the proposed fiber blend. The supplied padding drawing is a general process reference, not a confirmed drawing of this project.

Bangladesh · special stenter · September 2017

The September 2017 entry records a special stenter supplied to Bangladesh. This is a finishing-equipment reference, rather than evidence that an entire factory was supplied. A new inquiry should describe the incoming web, working width, temperature conditions, tension limits and available utilities. Confirm the exact finishing duty before selecting equipment.

Japan · recycled felt line · October 2013

The history records a felt recycling line supplied to Japan in October 2013. A useful comparison starts with the waste itself: composition, contamination and variation between batches. The separately supplied recycled-felt drawing shows cutting, opening, cleaning, forming and drying. It does not identify this historical installation or establish suitability for every textile waste stream.

What to request next

Ask which reference has a comparable raw material and finished product, what documentation can be shared, and whether an inspection or trial can be arranged. Agree the material, quality criteria, utilities and acceptance conditions in the quotation. Availability of visits, samples and customer information must be confirmed with KSG.
