3-Mountain Waste Opener (KS-NWO-3)

The 3-Mountain Waste Opener processes waste cotton and chemical fibers and turns them back into consistent fiber sheets for reuse. The "3-Mountain" name refers to its modular build: several beating and opening units in series, each one pulling the fiber apart a little further. You can run it with one, two, three, or more working units and size the machine to the throughput you actually need.

Material handled includes cotton, acrylic, polyester, and other chemical fibers. Raw stock is fed into the intake, then each working unit—a feed roller paired with a main cylinder—beats and separates the fiber in turn. That progressive action opens and blends the material thoroughly, so the sheet coming off the machine is even and ready for web formation.

Capacity runs from 1 to 7 ton/day, or roughly 300 to 700 kg/h per unit. Working widths span 915 to 1500 mm to fit different plant sizes, and motors range from 2HP up to 50HP for the heavier configurations. Feed roller speed and main cylinder sizing are set to match the fiber being opened. Parts supply, local service, and after-sales support are quick, which keeps downtime short, and we work through any machine modifications with the operator up front.
