Rotary Cutter (KS-RC700~800)
Industrial rotary cutter that reduces textile scrap to uniform pieces for recycling.

The rotary cutter is the first size-reduction step in a fiber recycling line. It takes fabric scraps, worn garments, yarn, and offcuts and cuts them down into small, uniform pieces that the rest of the line can handle. This is not the handheld tool used in sewing; it is a motor-driven machine with large revolving blades and the guarding to match.
Cutting works like a pair of scissors. Two or three revolving blades intersect a fixed rectifying blade, which gives a clean cut across thick or layered material and keeps fraying down. Cut length is adjustable, so operators can dial the output size to whatever the downstream process needs.
Safety is built in. The blade assembly is fully enclosed, and the inspection doors are interlocked so the machine stops automatically the moment they open. An optional metallic sensor can be added for process monitoring and automated control. The cutter is meant to run continuously at high throughput, and the layout keeps blades and wear parts easy to reach for replacement.
Depending on the trade, this machine also goes by rotary cutting machine, rotary chopper, fiber chopping machine, rotary shredder, or rotary knife cutter.

Scissor-action blades
Two or three revolving blades work against a stationary rectifying blade for clean, controlled cuts with minimal fraying.
Interlocked guarding
Robust safety covers and door interlocks that stop the machine automatically when an inspection door is opened.
Adjustable cut length
Output piece size can be tuned to the specific recycling or production requirement.
Optional metallic sensor
Electric metallic sensors can be fitted for added process monitoring and automated control.
Built for continuous duty
High-throughput design for steady handling of large volumes of textile waste, with accessible parts for maintenance.
