The cross cutter turns a running fabric roll into uniform sheets of a set size, cutting across the web rather than along it. Where the finished product has to hit exact dimensions, such as medical, hygiene, and industrial goods, this is the machine that delivers it, cut after cut, without drifting off size.
Settings adjust easily for different fabric widths and cut lengths, and the machine holds its accuracy across long runs. Durable components stand up to continuous high-speed work, while intuitive controls and safety features keep operation straightforward. The precise cut also trims fabric waste and keeps sheets inside the tolerances that downstream stages depend on.
The range runs three widths: CC230 at 2,300mm on a 5.2 kW motor, CC280 at 2,800mm on 5.2 kW, and CC330 at 3,300mm on a 5.9 kW motor. That spread suits spunbond, meltblown, and composite materials used for masks and gowns, wipes and diapers, and filtration and insulation. Access panels open up for blade changes and cleaning, and safety interlocks with an emergency stop protect the operator. It is also called a sheeting machine or roll-to-sheet cutting machine.
