Carding Line Equipment
A carding line turns loose, opened fiber into an even web ready for lapping and bonding. KSG builds the whole chain in-house, so the feeding, carding, layering and needling stages are matched to run together rather than bolted on afterward.

Hopper Feeder
Automated fiber storage, blending and metered feeding for the carding line.

Carding Machine
Wire-clothed roller system that turns opened fiber into an even carded web.

Dust Filter
Continuous dust extraction that recovers reusable fiber from the carding area.

HS (High Speed) Cross Lapper
High-speed layering of carded webs with even weight distribution.

Needle Punching Machine
Barbed-needle bonding that turns layered webs into thick, durable fabric.

Velour Needle Loom
Raises a soft velour pile on nonwovens using fork needles over a brush bed.

A typical KSG line runs from a hopper feeder and vertical hopper through the carding machine, dust filter, magnetic trap and rotary damper, then on to the cross lapper, needle punching machine, velour needle loom and waste picker. Each machine is built for long production runs, and the line is sized to the fiber type and output you actually need.
