Fiber Recycling Machinery Line
KSG builds complete lines for turning textile waste back into usable fiber. A typical setup runs discarded clothing, carpet, and cutting scrap through rotary cutters, waste openers, cleaning machines, and forming equipment, so material moves from bulk scrap to a finished felt sheet in one continuous flow. The individual machines are described below.

Rotary Cutter (KS-RC700~800)
Industrial rotary cutter that reduces textile scrap to uniform pieces for recycling.

3-Mountain Waste Opener (KS-NWO-3)
Modular multi-cylinder opener that turns waste cotton and chemical fiber into uniform sheets.

Pulverize Cutter (KS-PC600~800)
Heavy-duty crusher that reduces tough waste to uniform particles for fuel or cement feedstock.
Each stage is built to pull as much clean fiber as possible out of the incoming waste while dropping out dust, metal, and backing material. The result is consistent felt for hard boards or soft padding, produced with less raw fiber and lower cost. We size and configure the line around the volumes and material mix a given plant actually handles.
