The pulverize cutter crushes and size-reduces the difficult waste streams a recycling line has to deal with—rubber, sponge, plastics, textiles, and vinylon. Its job is to take bulky or hard-to-process material and break it into fine particles or manageable fragments. From there the output goes to power plants as alternative fuel or to cement and construction plants as raw material.
Inside the machine, rotating and stationary blades (or hammers) work together, breaking material down through shear, impact, and compression. Particle size and feed rate are adjustable, so the output can be set to fine powder, small flakes, or granules depending on what the recycling application calls for. A dedicated discharge system collects the finished material and moves it on.
The build is heavy-duty, with wear-resistant components meant to hold up against tough, fibrous, resilient feedstock over the long run. Safety interlocks, emergency stops, and solid enclosures protect operators, and access panels make inspection, blade changes, and routine checks straightforward.
