The hygiene sector is unforgiving about consistency. A diaper topsheet or a sanitary napkin coverstock has to feel the same in run one and run one hundred thousand, and the web has to hit the target weight without drifting. That is really a machinery problem before it is a product problem, and it is where we spend most of our time with buyers in this segment.

We build for both, and we handle the whole job in-house, from line layout through installation and commissioning on the customer's floor.
What tends to matter to this audience is not headline speed alone but stable running at low web weights. Hygiene coverstock often lands in the 12 to 25 gsm range, and holding uniformity that light is where a lot of cheaper lines fall down. Our carding machines, cross lappers and dryers are specified around that reality, and the same engineering team that draws the layout is the team that shows up to start the line. That continuity is the point: one partner from first drawing to the day the line makes saleable product.
Because we manufacture the core machines ourselves, lead times and spare-part support stay under our control rather than scattered across a chain of subcontractors. When a customer in a new market needs a plant stood up quickly, we can commit to a schedule and hold it. That reliability is worth more than any single spec sheet to a factory that has downstream converting lines waiting on nonwoven supply.
