Resin Padding Dryer

The resin padding dryer handles fabrics that have already been treated with a resin solution. Its job is to spread heat evenly through the chamber so the resin-coated web dries and cures consistently, with no soft spots or over-baked patches. That evenness carries straight into the finished product's mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and surface quality, which matters most for roofing, insulation, and technical textiles.

The chamber is built in multiple zones, each a separate room with its own temperature and airflow control. That lets operators match the drying profile to the material and the resin formulation instead of running one setting across the whole line. Hot air circulates hard from the top and sides, flows across the surface and through the thickness of the web, then recycles back to hold chamber conditions steady and keep energy in.

Closed-loop control keeps the thermal efficiency up and running costs down, and the machine is built for continuous production. It integrates with upstream padding and downstream finishing so the padded web moves through curing and into finishing without a break. The machine is also called a resin curing oven, padding dryer, or heat-setting dryer.
