Cooling Device
Dual-action air cooling to stabilize fabric straight out of the heat.

The cooling device sits right after a heating or calendering stage. Its job is to pull the temperature of the hot web down fast, so the material stabilizes before it moves on. Directed airflow across the full working width does the work, keeping the drop even from edge to edge.
The layout pairs strong fans above the fabric with suction below it. The top fans push cool air onto the surface while the lower fans draw that air through the web, so heat leaves both faces at once. Controlling the cooling rate this way protects dimensional stability and keeps the surface intact after thermal bonding or lamination.
Widths follow the rest of the line at 2,300mm, 2,800mm, and 3,300mm. Power draw stays modest, 13.25 kW on the two narrower units and 13.95 kW on the widest, so the machine cools effectively without heavy running costs. It is sometimes called an air cooling unit, cooling tunnel, or air knife cooler.

Key Features
Fast cooling straight out of the heat
High-velocity air streams drop the temperature of fabric coming off heating rolls or ovens.
Dual-action airflow
Upper fans cool the surface directly while lower suction fans pull air through the web for even heat exchange.
Stable product quality
Controlled cooling rates limit thermal stress and preserve dimensional stability and surface integrity.
Matched working widths
Offered in 2,300mm, 2,800mm, and 3,300mm to line up with standard production widths.
Low power draw
Effective cooling at 13.25 to 13.95 kW keeps running costs down.
Built for in-line use
Fits continuous-flow lines, handing off cleanly between heating, cooling, and downstream finishing.
