Geotextile Production Line

A turnkey line for needle-punched geotextile fabric.

Geotextile Production Line

KSG builds geotextile plants around process control and repeatability, drawing on decades of engineering work in nonwoven machinery. The line is set up so a manufacturer gets consistent product from the first batch, with the integration and reliability handled before the equipment ever ships.

The sequence starts at the conveyor feeder opener, which delivers a steady, even feed of raw fiber and prevents clumping. A mixing tank blends that fiber into a homogeneous feedstock, then a fine opener refines the separation so the carding machine can form a clean, even web at high throughput with few defects.

A lapper builds the web into multiple layers for the thickness and strength the application calls for, and the layering is flexible enough to tailor the product to specific engineering requirements. The needle punching machine then mechanically interlocks the layers, giving the fabric the durability and physical properties geotextiles need without adhesives. A side cutter trims the edges to exact width for a neat, low-waste finish before packing.

By engineering each step for reliability, KSG delivers lines that let geotextile makers hit high productivity and international quality standards on every run.

Key Features

Stable fiber feed

The conveyor feeder opener keeps raw material flowing evenly and stops clumping or uneven distribution at the head of the line.

Flexible layering

The lapper is designed for adjustable layering, so thickness and strength can be matched to specific civil-engineering requirements.

Strong mechanical bonding

High-performance needle punching interlocks the fibers for durability while keeping a consistent surface.

Low-waste cutting

Precision side cutting trims to exact width with minimal waste and uniform sizing.
