Conveyor Feeder Opener
Feeding, separating and opening rolled into one continuous machine.

The conveyor feeder opener prepares fibrous material for carding, blending or web formation. It feeds raw fiber into the line, breaks up clumps and opens the fiber evenly, all without tearing up the material. Conveyors, spike lattices and beaters work together to keep the supply of open fiber steady, which limits damage and keeps the process efficient.
It handles feeding, separating and opening in one continuous run. A conveyor belt carries fiber toward the spike lattices, which tease and loosen it, then rotary beaters drop the fiber onto the opener unit. The result is uniform distribution feeding into the next stage.
Inside, an upper conveyor takes in bulk fiber and moves it toward the processing section, with an optical sensor watching the flow and triggering transfer to the lower conveyor automatically. Spike lattices loosen and carry the fiber without over-pulling it, a rotary beater above them drops fiber onto the opener and breaks up what is left of the clumps, and in the opener unit a feed roller compresses the vertically transferred fiber while a beater bar in a rotating cylinder gives it a thorough opening.
The gap between the rotary beater and the spike lattice adjusts from 0mm to 60mm, so you can tune the opening to different fiber lengths, thicknesses and materials while keeping damage low. That range is why the machine fits so many end products: nonwoven fabrics, hygiene goods, geotextiles, automotive interiors, upholstery and insulation, anywhere consistent fiber prep matters.
