Control Hopper
A compact blender and feeder for lines where floor space is tight.

The control hopper is a compact blender and feeder built for shops where floor space is at a premium. It mixes different fiber types uniformly and feeds them reliably to the next stage. Because of its tight layout and operator-focused controls, it is a common choice for small-scale and modular lines.
Inside a compact tank, opened fibers are blended and then moved forward by a conveyor and spike lattice for precise, consistent feeding. The small footprint is the whole idea: you get solid blending performance without giving up much floor area. Internal rotating elements mix the fiber gently to avoid damage and spread it evenly, and the conveyor and spike lattice keep the material flow uninterrupted. Setup and monitoring are handled from a simple control panel.
The hopper is offered in 30m3 and 40m3 tank sizes to match different production needs, and every model uses a corrosion-resistant tank wall for durability. Maintenance-friendly design keeps cleaning and upkeep easy. You will typically find it on pilot lines, in R&D centers, in specialty nonwoven production and in modular fiber processing setups, anywhere high-quality mixing has to happen in a limited space.
