Mixing Tank & Feeder
Bulk fiber homogenizing with a steady, controlled feed downstream.

The mixing tank and feeder homogenizes different fiber types and supplies them evenly to whatever comes next in the line. Blending in controlled quantities is what keeps product quality consistent and holds down variation in the finished material.
Raw fibers are combined automatically inside a large, rotation-powered tank, and a conveyor and spike lattice system delivers the mixed fiber to the following stage. The point is a well-blended, constant feed that keeps the whole line running efficiently and precisely.
The tank comes in several volumes: 30m3, 40m3 and 100m3, so you can store and blend in bulk, which cuts manual handling and downtime. Fibers coming in from a bale opener or feeder are fully opened and mixed, which matters most when you are combining several fiber types, deniers or colors. After mixing, the feed stays gentle and even so machines like the carding machine keep working without interruption. Galvanized steel and corrosion-resistant materials extend the machine's life and keep cleaning and maintenance straightforward.
These units show up across nonwoven, textile and felt lines wherever blend precision and dependable feeding count, including hygiene products, filtration media, automotive textiles, geotextiles and insulation.
