Super Blender
Two-stage opening and mixing for a genuinely uniform fiber blend.

The super blender, or fiber blender, is the machine that gets different fibers thoroughly opened and mixed before they move on. It combines high-speed cylinders, beater pins and spike rollers to spread fiber evenly and hold the blend consistent, which is what keeps the resulting fabric stable and free of variation.
The process runs in two stages. Fiber arrives on an infeed conveyor and is compressed by feed rollers to keep the feeding density even. A beater pin cylinder does the first opening, teasing the clumps apart, then spike rollers open the fiber further and pull it into a uniform blend. This is where synthetic and natural fibers get combined to hit the target properties. An air fan then carries the opened, blended fiber to the next stage.
The machine is built for high-capacity work and long hours, and it handles a range of fiber lengths and deniers without much changeover. The design keeps stress on delicate fibers low, and it slots in alongside other opening, blending and feeding equipment so the workflow stays continuous.
